When I went back to pick my car up someone (salesperson maybe) greeted me as soon as I got in the door. My only suggestion....when you build the new facility please consider people who are waiting and make an area where it is comfortable. We were Toyota owners before our Audi and we had all of our cars serviced at the local dealership because of the waiting area. As a customer, it is no fun sitting in a little back room with tons of people and screaming children!"
